Lead Teacher

  • I’m Becca and I’m the Lead Teacher at Start Here Preschool!

    I was raised in Central Oregon, and attended COCC for my Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, with a focus on developmental psychology.

    For over 10 years, now, I’ve been teaching and leading in childcare settings. In my free time, I enjoy reading, creating and crafting, being outdoors, and spending quality time with loved ones.

    I love being able to share creative and learning opportunities with little ones, to broaden their interests and abilities. I strive to help children and families and to be involved in our community through my education, socializing, and teaching.

    I’m looking forward to much more time spent teaching at Start Here! Preschool!

Assistant Teacher

  • Hi! My name is Angelica and I am the teacher assistant at Start Here! Preschool. I was born in California and raised in Missouri and Colorado.

    In January 2024, I will be celebrating 10 years that I have made Central Oregon my home. I attended COCC for my Associates degree. Currently finishing my Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Psychology with connection to Clinical Counseling.

    For over 14 years, now, I have volunteered and worked in childcare settings. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, cooking, gardening, hiking and spending time with my loved ones.

    I look forward to getting to know you and your child this school year at Start Here! Preschool!
